Kremlin Says Ukraine-Russia Security Talks in Abu Dhabi Will Continue

Ukraine and Russia concluded the second round of security talks held in Abu Dhabi brokered by the United States on Thursday aimed at ending Europe’s biggest conflict since World War Two. The two sides conducted a major prisoner swap and agreed to resume negotiations soon.
