Kylie Jenner Faces New Lawsuit Over Miscarriage Allegations
A former chef has filed a lawsuit against Kylie Jenner in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleging that she suffered a miscarriage due to pregnancy mistreatment.
The unnamed woman claims she was hired in November 2024 while three months pregnant. She alleges that supervisors were aware of her high-risk pregnancy but still expected her to work long hours and complete physically demanding tasks.
In February 2025, the chef worked at one of Jenner’s children’s birthday parties without sufficient support. The heavy workload left her exhausted and emotionally overwhelmed, leading to severe bleeding and hospitalization.
The lawsuit also states that she was wrongly blamed for leaving the kitchen untidy after the event and was eventually removed from her assignment before her employment ended on March 31, 2025.
Management company Tri Star is named as a co-defendant. The former chef seeks compensation for lost wages, employment benefits, and emotional distress. Jenner has not publicly responded to the lawsuit.
