A judicial magistrate at District Courts Lahore has restored the frozen bank accounts of Saad Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, in an ongoing case related to alleged promotion of gambling applications. The court granted him conditional permission to upload videos on YouTube and ordered that any discussion regarding the pending case be avoided.

Ducky Bhai appeared before the magistrate, Naeem Wattoo, accompanied by his wife Aroob Jatoi and legal counsel including Barrister Amrit Sheikh and Advocate Usman Latif. NCCIA has raised objections to 27 videos found on Ducky Bhai’s channel but clarified that these videos will not be removed at this stage. The magistrate adjourned the hearing until March 11 and summoned NCCIA witnesses for further proceedings. Following his court appearance, Ducky Bhai’s lawyers presented him with a shield within the court premises to celebrate reaching 10 million followers.

The magistrate noted that these achievements underscore Ducky Bhai’s growing influence in digital entertainment. His supporters are expected to welcome this news with enthusiasm as it marks another significant milestone in his career.
