The company’s approach encompasses talent development, leadership, workplace culture, inclusion, and employee experience. Commenting on the achievement, Mamoon Javed, Managing Director of Mondelez Pakistan, stated, “This certification reflects our commitment to maintaining globally benchmarked people practices in Pakistan, fully aligned with the standards applied across our MENAP region. It is a testament to the consistency, discipline, and focus our teams bring to building a strong and inclusive workplace year after year.”

The Top Employer certification is conferred by the Top Employers Institute, an independent global authority that evaluates organizations through a rigorous assessment process. Companies undergo review via the HR Best Practices Survey, followed by validation and audit processes covering leadership, learning and development, wellbeing, inclusion, and overall employee experience.
