Murtaza Wahab to Establish Karachi Metropolitan Museum at Historic Denso Hall

Mayor Murtaza Wahab has revealed ongoing efforts to establish the Karachi Metropolitan Museum at the historic Denso Hall building. He noted that the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation’s (KMC) revenues were 1.2 billion in the last year of former Mayor Waseem Akhtar, and with various reforms in the last five months until November 30, KMC has earned one billion rupees.

Mayor Wahab emphasized the commitment to utilizing every penny of the KMC for the benefit of the people. He expressed concern about historic buildings being neglected in the “politics of prejudice” and pledged to focus on preserving the city’s historic heritage.
