Her comments revealed that although she found it challenging to immerse herself in terrifying content, the prospect of working with Courteney Cox seemed to ease her apprehensions. “Actually, I need to be with somebody,” Neve explained.

Neve’s enthusiasm extended beyond just the film itself; she delved into personal experiences collaborating with Cox. “I love that woman,” she gushed. “She is a fantastic talent and has such a good heart.”

The actress highlighted Cox’s professionalism and kindness, stating, “She’s so adept at her craft and genuinely warm-hearted too. It’s always enjoyable working alongside someone like that.” This collaboration appears to have made the production experience smoother for both actresses.

Meanwhile, Variety reported significant business developments regarding Neve’s return to Scream 7. After a hiatus from the franchise following Scream 6, she has secured an impressive deal worth nearly $7 million. The film is set to hit movie theaters on February 27th, 2026.
