Nicola Peltz Steps In Support for Brooklyn Beckham Amid Controversy with Victoria Beckham

Nicola Peltz has publicly aligned herself with her husband Brooklyn Beckham in response to claims about their 2022 wedding. Most recently, she demonstrated support for Fat Tony, the wedding DJ who had previously backed Brooklyn’s account of an uncomfortable moment during the reception involving his mother, Victoria Beckham.

Fat Tony’s post on Instagram garnered Peltz’s like shortly before Brooklyn released a lengthy statement accusing his parents of disrespecting him and undermining their marriage. Among these accusations was that Victoria interfered with Brooklyn’s planned first dance with Nicola, describing it as “very inappropriate” in front of hundreds of guests.

In an interview for ITV’s This Morning, Fat Tony provided context to the incident by explaining that he had called Brooklyn onstage and invited the “most beautiful woman in the room” (Nicola) to join him. However, Victoria was named instead, which caused significant distress for both Brooklyn and Nicola.

Fat Tony described the moment as deeply awkward due to its timing during a celebration where guests were anticipating a traditional first dance. According to his account, Nicola left the room in tears while Brooklyn felt devastated by this inappropriate turn of events.

David and Victoria Beckham have not yet addressed these accusations directly. Instead, they have resorted to using social media to share positive family memories as public debate continues.
