Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) announced a significant drop in liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) prices for July. The official price has been reduced by Rs67.33 per kilogram, from Rs308.76 to Rs241.43.

This change affects the cost of an 11.8kg domestic LPG cylinder, which will now range between Rs2,848.91 and Rs3,642.96, down from Rs3,642.96 in June. Commercial LPG cylinders are also cheaper by Rs3,057, with a new price tag of Rs10,960.

The revised prices will be effective immediately and remain valid throughout July. This move is expected to ease the financial burden on households and businesses amidst ongoing cost-of-living concerns.
