Pakistan Makes a Strong Debut on Day 1 of Heimtextil 2025

The largest-ever Pakistani participation at the biggest and most important international trade fair for home and contract textiles officially kicked off today in Frankfurt am Main. Ranked as the 3rd largest participating country—behind only China and India—Pakistan’s milestone presence underscores its growing influence in the global textile industry. The event runs from January 14 to 17, 2025, providing a prominent platform for Pakistani manufacturers to showcase their expertise.

This year marks a significant achievement for Pakistan, with a notable increase in new exhibitors and a strategic relocation to the prestigious Halls 8 and 9, highlighting the country’s rising profile on the international stage. The total number of exhibitors from Pakistan are 275.

Major Pakistani exhibitors include Al-Karam, Gul Ahmed, Towellers, Gohar, Lucky Textile, Sadaqat Limited, and Adamjee Enterprises, alongside many others. Additionally, a number of small and medium-sized enterprises are participating under the banner of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), ensuring comprehensive representation across the sector.

Strong Presence & Active Participation

Mrs. Amna Naeem, the Pakistan commercial counselor, has also arranged a networking event at Heimtextil for Pakistan and German businessmen. The special event will help collaborate business relationships between the two countries and is supported by Heimtextil and the German AHK desk.

His Excellency, Mr. Shifaat Ahmed Kaleem, Consul General of Pakistan in Frankfurt, visited the fair and appreciated the efforts of Pakistani exhibitors.

Al Ghani Terry Mills Pvt Ltd, led by CEO Arif Ehsan Malik, expressed that the fair is going exceptionally well. Our company is attracting buyers from Europe and other regions. The first day of the fair had a large crowd, and they are hopeful for similar success in the upcoming days.

Over 2,200 Pakistani professionals, including 1,000 trade visitors, 275 exhibitors, and 1,200 support staff, are actively participating in Heimtextil 2025. Their collective efforts reinforce Pakistan’s robust presence and further cement the country’s position as a key player in the international textile market.
