HSY to Design New Look for PIA Crew Uniforms

KARACHI: Renowned fashion designer Hassan Sheheryar Yasin, known as HSY, will design the new uniforms for Pakistan International Airlines cabin crew.

The collaboration pairs one of Pakistan’s best known fashion names with the national carrier as it works to refresh its brand image.

HSY has built a reputation over two decades through fashion shows, luxury couture and high profile collaborations. His involvement signals an effort by PIA to project a more polished and contemporary look.

The new uniforms are expected to balance style with the practical requirements of airline staff, who spend long hours on their feet serving passengers.

PIA has been working through a broader turnaround effort, and the uniform redesign is part of that wider modernisation.
