Karachi to Host President’s Trophy Final Between SBP and Markhor IT Solutions

KARACHI: The final of the President’s Trophy 2026-27 will be played at the State Bank of Pakistan ground in Karachi, with SBP taking on Markhor IT Solutions.

The two sides earned their place in the title decider after strong runs through the first class competition. The SBP ground will provide the setting for what is expected to be a closely contested match.

The President’s Trophy remains an important fixture in Pakistan’s domestic calendar, offering players a platform to push for national selection. Both teams have featured a blend of experienced campaigners and emerging talent this season.

Pitch conditions in Karachi are likely to favour a balanced contest, with something on offer for both seamers and spinners as the match progresses.

The final is scheduled to begin later this week, with the trophy presentation to follow the conclusion of play.
