Organised by the Russian Ministry of Justice in collaboration with the Roscongress Foundation, this year’s forum under the theme “Time to Be in Law” is one of the most prominent global platforms for legal dialogue and judicial cooperation.

Pakistan will be represented by Chief Justices Yahya Afridi and Aminuddin Khan along with Ambassador Tirmizi. Over 100 sessions covering topics such as international law, constitutional matters, judicial reforms, human rights, artificial intelligence, cyber law, digital governance, legal education and challenges facing the global legal system are planned.

The event will also feature an International Youth Legal Forum on June 26 where young legal professionals and students from various countries can participate.

Pakistan’s participation reflects growing institutional engagement between Pakistan and Russia in legal and judicial cooperation, potentially expanding professional linkages between the two nations.
