Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed condolences over loss of lives and properties due to a heavy storm in different provinces of Turkey. The prime minister extended heartfelt condolences on behalf of the people and Government of Pakistan, as well as personally.
The devastating floods and extreme weather disturbances have struck Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, Adiyaman and surrounding regions, resulting in loss of precious lives and property. Shehbaz Sharif stated that Pakistan stands in full solidarity with Turkish brothers and sisters during this hour of grief.
Thoughts and prayers are with the families of victims and all those affected by this natural calamity. The prime minister assured Pakistan’s readiness to provide any humanitarian or material assistance required by Turkey in its relief and recovery efforts.
