Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif pledged to provide relief for economically vulnerable segments of society amid the Gulf crisis. A meeting was held under his chairmanship to review the impact on fuel stocks and ongoing public relief measures.

Government measures included saving fuel by suspending 60 percent of government vehicles, cutting development budgets, and reducing official expenditures. Relief measures were delivered digitally for transparency and effectiveness.
