President Zardari Signs Seven Key Bills into Law

President Asif Ali Zardari has approved seven important bills passed by the Pakistan Parliament. The legislation includes the National Tariff Commission (Amendment) Bill 2026 and the Export Development Fund (Amendment) Bill 2026, which address tariff policies and export strategies.

The president also gave assent to the Railways Transfer (Amendment) Bill 2026, aimed at improving railway operations. Additionally, he approved the Domestic Violence Prevention and Protection Bill 2026, a measure designed to combat domestic violence. The Danish Schools Authority Bill 2026 was also ratified.

Furthermore, President Zardari signed off on the Income Tax (Amendment) Bill 2026, ensuring its enforcement. Lastly, he approved the National Commission for Human Rights (Amendment) Bill 2026 to strengthen human rights protections in Pakistan.
