Kensington Palace released multiple photographs on Wednesday from the concluding day of Prince William’s visit to Saudi Arabia. The images captured him strolling through AlUla Old Town—a vibrant part of northwest Saudi Arabia known for its historical significance and modern development.

This was the second day of William’s official trip, where he visited the kingdom in support of government efforts aimed at strengthening ties with Saudi Arabia. His first meeting occurred on Monday with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, during which they discussed various initiatives including economic reforms, cultural projects, and environmental programs.

William’s office at Kensington Palace reported that his engagements throughout the visit were focused on fostering deeper connections between the two nations. The official trip was intended to build upon previous interactions between William and Saudi Arabia; notably, their 2018 meeting where Prince Charles hosted Crown Prince bin Salman for a dinner at Clarence House in London. Then-Queen Elizabeth held a separate lunch with the royal during this visit.

Prince William’s latest encounter with his counterpart provided an opportunity to discuss ongoing collaborations and future plans that could further enhance diplomatic relations between Britain and Saudi Arabia, particularly focusing on economic opportunities and cultural exchanges that would benefit both countries.
