PTCL Names New Director to Replace Stepping Down Board Member

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited has announced a change in its board management, according to a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Monday.

The company informed that Abdulrahim A. Al Nooryani has stepped down from his position as Director on the Board with effect from January 1, 2026.

PTCL further stated that Khalifa Al Shamsi has been appointed as his replacement on the Board.

Incorporated on December 31, 1995, PTCL is one of Pakistan’s leading telecommunications providers, offering a wide range of domestic and international telephony and communication services across the country. The company owns and operates extensive telecom infrastructure nationwide.
