Participation is not mandatory but requires parental consent. Private school fees for these camps remain unchanged, according to department officials. All activities must be conducted indoors, with the administration ensuring cold water, sanitation, fans, and power backup are available.

Uniforms are optional for students attending summer camp, who can wear weather-appropriate clothing. The department has warned that legal action will be taken against institutions violating these guidelines.
