The Punjab Safe Cities Authority has unveiled a comprehensive online complaint tracking system, marking significant strides towards enhancing public welfare and transparency. The new initiative allows residents to monitor their complaints in real-time from home, with updates accessible around the clock.

By integrating modern technology into its operations, the authority is streamlining procedures for both male and female citizens. For those who have registered an FIR on the 15-helpline, authorities will send a WhatsApp message containing download links, e-tag numbers, and additional details about their complaint status.

Residents can now easily access these documents from the comfort of their homes, verifying the information at their convenience. Upon receiving their initial communication, individuals will be provided with a username and password via SMS, granting them unrestricted access to track their cases and provide feedback.

In addition to this, women have gained new avenues for support through the Virtual Women Police Station, which offers legal advice and follow-up services from a safe distance. This service ensures that affected women remain continuously connected and receive timely assistance whenever needed.

For those requiring further information or assistance, citizens can also visit feedback.psca.gop.pk to stay updated on the progress of their complaints. Alternatively, they may reach out to the Virtual Women Police Station directly by dialing 15 and selecting option 2 for immediate help.

This innovative approach not only promotes accountability but also empowers individuals to actively participate in monitoring the resolution process. As a result, residents can feel more engaged and confident about their interactions with the authority, ultimately contributing to improved community safety and satisfaction levels.
