The project, estimated at Rs198 million, involves converting 85 electric vehicles into mobile libraries. Each vehicle will be equipped with 20 tablets for digital learning purposes.

Each mobile library also features a large LED screen for interactive activities. Vehicles will visit one school daily following a fixed schedule, providing educational services to students.

Charging stations within schools will power the electric vehicles daily. The project’s aim is to ensure every student has access to both library resources and digital learning facilities.

According to District Education Authority, this initiative will promote reading habits among students and improve overall education quality. CEO Tariq Mahmood stated that modern technology will provide advanced learning resources, making books and digital content available through this innovative approach.
