Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has announced that residents across the country can now obtain driving licenses from the Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP), facilitating citizens with easier access to licensing services.
During the inauguration of the Islamabad Traffic Police Facilitation on Wheels and Islamabad Traffic Police Education on Wheels, Minister Naqvi emphasized the police’s commitment to providing convenient licensing services, including facilitating students in obtaining licenses at their colleges and universities. The event was attended by IGP Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi and other police officials.
Minister Naqvi reiterated his priority of providing facilities to the citizens of Islamabad, highlighting that residents over 70 will receive their licenses at home, while students will have their licenses processed and delivered at their institutions.
Additionally, the Islamabad police announced new service fees, effective immediately, aimed at streamlining and enhancing service delivery.
