The ad specifies that candidates need only basic technical skills and an interest in advancing in the field. Compensation starts at 150,000 roubles ($1,950) monthly, less than the average salary in Moscow.
A “Lead Inspector” posting on the site praised the team’s camaraderie, growth opportunities, positive corporate culture, and flexibility in choosing tasks that align with personal interests. The job also offers performance-based pay increases.
The recruitment comes amid Russia staging its deadliest strike of the year against Kyiv, resulting in at least 30 deaths.
