Saudi Arabia Announces Six-Day Eid-ul-Fitr 2024 Holiday

Saudi Arabia has declared a four-day Eid-ul-Fitr holiday for both public and private sector employees, starting from Monday, April 8, extending to April 11. Additionally, Friday and Saturday have been declared off by the government, extending the holiday to a total of six days.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has confirmed the extended holiday, with employees resuming work on Sunday, April 14.

Eid-ul-Fitr marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan, which concludes on March 11, and is celebrated joyously by Muslims worldwide with gatherings, gift exchanges, shared meals, and expressions of gratitude.
