Sheikh Rasheed revealed that Bhatt was interested in making a film based on the story of Dhanraj, intending to shoot it entirely at Lal Haveli. Despite the director’s interest, Sheikh Rasheed turned down the requests. He mentioned that any documentaries made about Lal Haveli to date have been produced independently by their creators.

Additionally, Sheikh Rasheed addressed and refuted circulating claims about the size of Lal Haveli, often said to span 19 kanals. He clarified that the property is only about 3 marlas in size and has already designated it in his will to be allocated for academic institutions after his death.
