Tate Paul Sues Taylor Frankie Paul Over Custody And Assets

Tate Paul has filed for temporary restraining order against Taylor Frankie Paul, requesting sole custody of their two children. The request was made in Utah court on June 30.

This is a change from Tate’s previous statement where he had described their co-parenting relationship as peaceful. A source told TMZ that Tate took the move after Taylor’s ex Dakota Mortensen allegedly told lies about her.

Taylor, who has reportedly checked into rehab upon doctor’s recommendation, is committed to getting better. The TV personality and Tate have always been a strong team despite complications in their co-parenting relationship due to the ongoing domestic violence case involving Taylor and Dakota which was dismissed by authorities.
