Telenor Pakistan has entered a strategic content partnership with celebrated cricketer Ahmad Shahzad, marking a bold step in the brand’s journey to engage with the nation’s youth through dynamic, passion-driven experiences. This collaboration is centered around one of Pakistan’s greatest unifiers—cricket—with the aim of building a stronger bond with young audiences by delivering digital content that speaks directly to their interests, energy, and aspirations.

The partnership was formalized at a signing ceremony held at Telenor Pakistan’s headquarters 345 in Islamabad. The event was attended by Ahsan Maykan, Chief Marketing Officer, Telenor Pakistan, Yasir Yasin, Director Marketing along with senior company executives, and Pakistan’s Cricket Star Ahmad Shahzad.

Commenting on the collaboration, Yasir Yasin, Director Marketing at Telenor Pakistan, said: “Cricket is a powerful passion point in Pakistan, and we’re excited to team up with Ahmad Shahzad to turn that passion into meaningful digital experiences. This partnership reflects our commitment to forging deeper connections with the youth and signals the start of an exciting journey ahead.”

At the heart of this partnership is The Ahmad Shahzad Show, now streaming exclusively on the MyTelenor App. Launched at the start of high-voltage ongoing cricketing season, the show offers fans exclusive content, behind-the-scenes moments, and candid conversations that bring cricket closer to the youth. More than entertainment, it serves as a platform to celebrate the spirit of the game and the people who live for it.

This strategic alliance reinforces Telenor Pakistan’s commitment to championing youth-led narratives and strengthens its positioning as a lifestyle partner for the digital generation. As cricket continues to inspire millions, Telenor remains devoted to celebrating the voices and passions that shape the nation’s identity.
