United Arab Emirates Marks 50th Anniversary of Armed Forces Unification

On May 6, 1976, various defense forces merged under unified command, laying foundation for organized national defense structure. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed pays tribute to officers, personnel, and martyrs of the armed forces, describing them as guardians of the nation.
