US President Donald Trump stated that Iran’s air defense systems, military forces, navy, and leadership had been effectively neutralized. Australian officials confirmed an attack by Iran’s Revolutionary Guards targeting a US military gathering in Dubai. A spokesperson assured all Australian personnel at Al Minhad Air Base were safe amid 100 deployed troops across the Middle East, most in the UAE.
Central Command reported six American soldiers killed in Iranian attacks and recovered remains of two previously missing troops.
