In the fourth day of escalating hostilities, Iran’s death toll has reached 787 as US-Israeli strikes continued to intensify, sparking fears of a wider regional conflict. According to Iranian reports, US and Israeli forces targeted 504 locations across 153 cities. In Tehran, around 100 aircraft were used in an attack on a purported leadership complex. Israeli authorities claimed strikes at the country’s presidential office, Supreme National Security Council building, and military training center.

Multiple explosions occurred in various Iranian cities like Kerman, Isfahan, and Shiraz. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps lost 18 members of its ranks to these attacks. Additional deaths included 165 schoolgirls killed in a strike on a girls’ school in Minab. Thousands attended funeral prayers for the victims, chanting anti-Israel and anti-American slogans.

US President Donald Trump stated that Iran’s air defense systems, military forces, navy, and leadership had been effectively neutralized. However, he argued that Tehran still sought talks but maintained they were now too late. Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian noted ongoing operations within the country despite war conditions. He reaffirmed government stability, emphasizing functional state activities nationwide.

Australian officials confirmed an attack by Iran’s Revolutionary Guards targeting a US military gathering in Dubai. A spokesperson assured all Australian personnel at Al Minhad Air Base were safe amid 100 deployed troops across the Middle East, most in the UAE.

Central Command reported six American soldiers killed in Iranian attacks and recovered remains of two previously missing troops. The incident occurred during Iran’s initial strikes against US military gatherings. Evacuation warnings were issued by Israel’s military to residents in southern Beirut, advising them to avoid certain buildings due to anticipated operations. Emergency alerts were also sent out for 59 areas across Lebanon urging immediate evacuations.

Saudi Arabia reported partial damage to a building but no casualties as it was unoccupied during two explosions occurring near the US embassy. President Trump warned retaliation against Iran’s attack on the US embassy in Riyadh, hinting at retaliatory measures including avenging American soldiers’ deaths. Secretary of State Marco Rubio briefed Congress about Israel’s strike preparations and US risk of becoming a target; Congressman Joaquin Castro criticized this stance.

Meanwhile, UAE and Qatar urged allies to reduce tensions over Iran, seeking broader coalitions for diplomatic solutions and averting further escalation in the region. These nations, particularly Abu Dhabi and Doha, are concerned about managing the crisis without rising global energy prices.
