US Navy Awards $75M Contract for Submarine Combat Control Systems to Arcfield

The US Navy Undersea Warfare Centre Division Newport has officially announced a $75 million contract with Arcfield to continue supporting its Code 25 combat control systems program.

This five-year deal, acquired through Rite-Solutions which was previously taken over by Arcfield in December 2025, will see operations carried out both on-site at the naval division in Newport, Rhode Island, and at Arcfield’s Middletown office.

The program aims to provide full-spectrum capabilities, engineering, implementation, and sustainment for newly constructed and deployed submarine assets.

Arcfield is tasked with providing a range of offerings including advanced model-based systems engineering, hardware and software development, cybersecurity, and system testing which commonly support the navy’s new submarine combat control system known as AN/BYG-1.
