Recent retaliatory strikes have reignited tensions between the United States and Iran, casting doubt on an interim peace deal between the two nations. However, talks in Doha are expected to ease geopolitical uncertainty.
Professor Xueqin Jiang, known as “Chinese Nostradamus,” made explosive predictions about the conflict during a Piers Morgan show appearance. He foresees American troops on the ground in Iran by December or March for political settlement.
Jiang believes that despite a memorandum of understanding between conflicting parties, ground invasion will occur due to harsh conditions in Tehran. The MoU is merely a time-buying measure for Washington.
Regarding the motive behind such risky invasion, Jiang stated that it’s driven by the US being trapped in the Middle East conflict. A withdrawal would be a significant blow to US dominance and could empower Iran.
Jiang’s previous predictions have been accurate, including Trump’s return to power in 2025 and subsequent conflict with Iran. His latest prediction of an eventual U.S. loss in the war has sparked mixed reactions online, with some expressing concern over potential casualties and others warning against a disastrous ground war.
