Fourth-ranked Cameron Young took a commanding lead in the PGA Cadillac Championship after Friday’s second round. He carded an impressive five-under par 67, placing him at 13-under 131 overall.

Young attributed his success to exceptional putting and manageable missed greens. However, he acknowledged that driving accuracy needs improvement for future rounds.

Jordan Spieth, Alex Smalley, and Nick Taylor tied for second place at 136, followed by Gary Woodland at 137.

Young expressed confidence in maintaining the lead but prepared for potential challenges from competitors close behind.

His performance included birdies on holes one, three, five, and thirteen, as well as a challenging par-three 13th where he saved par after rolling just outside six feet.
