In the early hours of today, a violent clash erupted in Serai Naurang town within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Lakki Marwat district, leaving one civilian dead and another injured. This incident occurred after armed men on motorcycles opened fire on a police patrol. Police officials confirmed that the assailants also engaged in a gun battle with law enforcement personnel.
The victims were taken to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital for immediate medical attention. Last month, militants fatally wounded a constable in the Darga forest area near Sarai Naurang.
