CM Sindh Directs Preparations for Heavy Rains, Urges Public Caution

Chief Minister of Sindh, Murad Ali Shah, has issued instructions for all departments to be on high alert in anticipation of heavy rains, particularly in Karachi.

CM Murad Ali emphasized that Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC), all towns, and water boards must complete necessary preparations in their respective areas. It is crucial for all civic agencies to ensure the cleanliness of storm drains and drainage systems to mitigate potential flooding.

In addition, CM Sindh directed the district administration and police to provide assistance to people in times of need. He emphasized the importance of coordination between the disaster management authority and civic agencies.

Furthermore, CM Sindh urged the public to take precautions during heavy rains, advising parents to ensure their children stay indoors for safety reasons.
