Imran Khan Nominates Speaker, Deputy Of NA

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) nominated candidate for Prime Minister, Umar Ayub, disclosed that PTI founder Imran Khan has nominated candidates for the positions of Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly.

Addressing the media outside Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi, Ayub revealed that Aamir Dogar has been nominated for the role of Speaker, while Junaid Khan has been selected as the nominee for Deputy Speaker.

Ayub also commented on the recounting of votes in Lodhran, alleging an attack on PTI’s seats with 175 to 180 votes being compromised.

Additionally, he announced plans for a protest scheduled for March 2, in collaboration with various political parties.
