Indian Tennis Team Lands in Pakistan After 60-Year Hiatus

Indian tennis team arrived in Pakistan on Sunday after a hiatus of 60 years to participate in a Davis Cup tie.

The Indian team was warmly welcomed by officials of the Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF), including the secretary, upon their arrival.

Scheduled to take place on February 3 and 4, both teams will face off against each other on the grass court in Islamabad.

This marks the first time since 1964 that the Indian tennis team has set foot on Pakistani soil to compete in the prestigious Davis Cup tournament.
