The spokesperson stated that sharing photos or videos aiding enemy targeting could be considered intelligence cooperation. Iranian media have reported over 1,000 arrests during this period, involving individuals accused of filming sensitive locations, online anti-government content, or collaborating with the enemy.

Since the conflict began on February 28, the US and Israel attacked Iran, resulting in thousands of deaths, energy supply disruptions, and global economic impact. The legislation, passed last year, applies to activities supporting hostile governments, particularly the US and Israel. Spokesperson warned that those spreading misinformation could face prison terms, with penalties increased during wartime.

Authorities have issued around 200 indictments in these cases and are working with security bodies to identify and seize assets linked to suspects, emphasizing strict enforcement of the law.
