JI Leader Warns Growing Out-of-School Crisis in Pakistan

Jamaat-e-Islami chief Hafiz Naeemur Rehman lamented over millions of children not in schools in Pakistan, stating it as the government’s responsibility to provide quality education, a constitutional right.

At a “Bano Qabil” graduation ceremony in Sargodha, he addressed over 1,000 students, highlighting the program’s aim for free, high-quality training to make youth employable.

Congratulating graduates, Rehman noted opportunities for further education with campuses established across cities and urged young people to utilize such initiatives for skill development and societal progress.

Reiterating that millions of children lack access to quality education, he emphasized the state’s duty to ensure all children receive an education as per constitutional rights.
