The Pakistan Meteorological Department reported that Lahore’s temperatures are also contributing to the discomfort, with lows of 21°C and highs of 33°C, alongside mild winds at 10 kilometers per hour.

In response, the Punjab government is considering artificial rain to mitigate the smog, although no specific timeline has been set for the operation.
