Plane Carrying Malawi’s Vice President Goes Missing

The plane carrying Malawi’s Vice President, Saulos Chilima, has gone missing during its flight, according to British media reports.

The aircraft had 10 people on board, including the Vice President.

The plane disappeared from radar shortly after taking off from Lilongwe, the capital of Malawi, en route to Mzuzu. In response, President Lazarus Chakwera has ordered an immediate search for the missing aircraft and has canceled his planned trip to the Bahamas to focus on the search and rescue efforts.

This alarming incident has led to urgent actions to locate the plane and ensure the safety of Vice President Chilima and the other passengers.
