Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has introduced a revised winter gas supply schedule, aiming to provide consumers with consistent, high-pressure gas during peak times to meet seasonal needs. Starting in November 2024, the plan outlines specific time slots to help households manage cooking and heating efficiently, according to local media.

Under the new schedule, gas will be supplied at full pressure during these periods:

  • Morning: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  • Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
  • Evening: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

SNGPL representatives highlighted that the adjustments were made following government directives to enhance service reliability. Consumers across Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and other serviced areas are expected to benefit from this consistent supply during designated hours.

With demand for gas typically rising in winter for heating and hot water, this revised plan aims to ease the pressure on supply systems and ensure stable gas availability for SNGPL’s over 7.22 million customers.
