Simultaneously, Turkey stepped in to mediate between Islamabad and Kabul. Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan engaged in separate calls with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, along with Afghanistan’s Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi, to address the evolving situation.

Iran also took an active role in fostering reconciliation efforts. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi committed to supporting dialogue initiatives that could pave the way for peace between the two nations.
