Prior to his participation in the SCO meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Dar urged Chinese entrepreneurs to capitalize on Pakistan’s investment-friendly policies and consider establishing labor-intensive industries in the country.

Addressing the Pakistan-China Business Roundtable Conference in Beijing, Dar highlighted the government’s efforts to accelerate the development of special economic zones and offer attractive incentives for industrial establishment.

He emphasized that Pakistan has identified 13 key areas with significant potential for collaboration between Chinese and Pakistani entrepreneurs, either through direct ownership or joint ventures.

Dar underscored the competitive and appealing incentives available in various zones, including special economic zones, export processing zones, Gwadar free zone, and special technology zones, aimed at fostering economic growth and bilateral cooperation between Pakistan and China.
