Bushra Bibi’s petition challenges the January 31 notification that designated Bani Gala as a sub-jail, advocating for the annulment of the decision.

In her plea, she asserts her desire to serve her sentence in Adiala Jail, citing the principle of equal rights. She argues that, like other political activists, she should be treated as a common prisoner in jails.

It’s worth noting that Bushra Bibi was sentenced to 7 years in prison in the Iddat Nikah case and 14 years in the Toshakhana case by the court.
