Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has condemned Israel’s recent military aggression against Iran, stating that such actions jeopardize regional peace and violate international law.
In a message on his official X account, the Prime Minister emphasized Pakistan’s support for Iran and other neighboring nations in their pursuit of peace, urging all parties to exercise restraint to prevent further escalation.
Pakistan’s Foreign Office also issued a strong statement, condemning Israel’s strikes as a blatant violation of Iran’s sovereignty and a grave breach of the UN Charter. Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch called the strikes a dangerous escalation in an already volatile region, holding Israel fully responsible for the ongoing cycle of violence.
The Foreign Office urged the UN Security Council to intervene and called on the international community to help restore peace and stability in the region.
